It's the final few days before the Doors open to the Evergreen Ballroom and the blessing of the A.C.E. 12TH Annual Conference on February 12, 2015!
While we can hardly wait to see old friends and meet new ones, there is still lots more to do.
We are having our Member Meeting on Monday February 9, at 4:15pm at 715 Main Street [that's the Circle of Life Thunderbird House] with great beef stew and bannock and a bag stuffing for all things Conference.
However, it doesn't stop there. Deborah will be moving part of the the Office and all of the Event materials, including the Silent Auction items, over to the Best Western Plus Winnipeg Airport Hotel, on Wednesday so things will be ready for Thursday.
On Wednesday evening there will be a Wrap Party. We actually wrap baskets at the Hotel, in the Evergreen Ballroom, for the Silent Auction. We are still looking for volunteers for the Party. There will be food attached to the party ..don't all good parties have great food???
If you have time and want to help set up, please come to the hotel, 1715 Wellington Avenue from 5-8pm on Wednesday, February 11 and lend a hand.
Finally, it's not too late to register for the Conference. [The truth be told, we usually have last minute arrivals and we always have enough room for anyone who wants to attend.]
